A Cheesemonger, a Chocolatier, and a Winemaker walk into a room…and together they create the ultimate pairing experience. Del Valle Winery, Garré Vineyard & Winery, and Fenestra Winery have teamed up with The Cheese Parlor and Bluebirds Chocolate for a 6-course tasting adventure featuring: - 3 thoughtfully curated wine and cheese pairings - 3 decadent wine and chocolate pairings. Winemaker Aaron Luna, Cheesemonger Brandon Wood, and Chocolatier Larissa Milano guide guests through the flavors, textures, and stories behind each pairing.
